Even quiet time alone will help twins to discover answers to deeper ways to unite. There is always more to learn, more to discover and more to heal. If there were no more answers, then they would have already united.

Twinsouls must make a conscious effort to listen to their intuition at all times and make a regular commitment to asking for their spirit guides help. Try not to make assumptions about your twinsoul or the situation you percieve yourself to be in. try to step into the other's shoes and not make judgements or come to quick conclusions. What is beneath the surface? What is the trusth that they are too scared to show? You will know in your heart thr truth of this love; it is only ego which blinds us with a cloud of misunderstanding and fear.

So striving to make meditation a common practice will help twins to move beyond their egos and help them dissolve old belief patterns that contradict the truth of our souls. Boxing the connection into an understanding of the world based on ego will hamper our chances of truly connecting with our twins on a soul level. Meditation will increase loving energy within the twins which will result in them vibrating at higher frequencies so they can begin to awaken their capacity to understand the reality of these higher realms. 

The feeling of stagnation, of being lost and frustrated is often a symptom of neglecting the spiritual practice which connects us to the higher dimensions from which all souls originate. Taking time to centre oneself will instantly revitalise the body and soul and you will feel your eternal connection to the universe again."
